By placing an order with LuxOnCentral, you agree to this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

 

Shipping Availability (U.S. Only)

 

LuxOnCentral currently ships only within the United States.

 

We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances.

 

Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be:

  • Canceled automatically, or

  • Refunded minus any applicable processing fees

 

LuxOnCentral is not responsible for orders forwarded internationally through third-party services.

Order Processing

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Delay orders for verification or compliance review

  • Cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or policy violations)

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once shipped.

 

Transfer of Responsibility

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

 

LuxOnCentral is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered”

 

 

Tracking & Delivery Issues

​

Tracking details are provided via email once shipped.

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring tracking updates

  • Contacting the carrier for delivery issues

 

Orders marked “Delivered” are considered fulfilled.​

Lost or Damaged Packages
 

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include supporting evidence (photos, packaging, etc.).


LuxOnCentral may assist with carrier claims; however:

  • Resolutions are not guaranteed

  • Replacements or store credit are issued at our discretion



Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable



Compliance & Legal Responsibility
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Products are legal in their state or locality

  • They meet all applicable age requirements


LuxOnCentral is not liable for orders that are:

  • Seized, delayed, or restricted by authorities

  • Non-compliant with local regulations
