By placing an order on www.luxoncentral.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products & All Sales on Consumables

LuxOnCentral sells ingestible and consumable products. Due to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards, we maintain a strict no-return policy on opened items.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any opened or used consumable products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

​

  • Mushroom gummies and chocolates

  • Hemp-derived products

  • Edibles or ingestible goods of any kind

Once a consumable product has been opened or used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Returns on Unopened Items (Limited Eligibility)

We may, at our sole discretion, accept returns on unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must remain sealed in original packaging

  • Item must not be altered, damaged, or tampered with

  • Valid proof of purchase is required

Important:

  • A return request must be submitted and approved before sending any item back

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused and not refunded

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we may provide (at our discretion):

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Submitting a chargeback for items that violate this policy (including opened consumables) may result in:

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors and financial institutions
